As a Product Designer, you will lead design for one of our product pillars, owning the end-to-end experience from discovery through to hi-fi design. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and financial experts to create scalable design solutions that enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for one of our product pillars, owning the end-to-end experience from discovery through to hi-fi design and iterating based on user feedback
- Translate user research, data insights and business goals into elegant, usable design solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs and engineers to shape our digital product
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing digital products end-to-end, embedded in or working closely with cross-functional teams of product managers and engineers
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, interaction design, and polished visual execution
- Advanced level ability in Figma

Benefits
- Base salary between £57,000 - £67,000 - DOE + benefits
- Flexible working, with option to work from home 2 days per week
- 18 day work from anywhere allowance
