Senior Product Designer (m/w/d) - Perspektive Team Lead

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be deeply involved in the design and user experience of our platform, supporting the entire process from discovery to implementation. You will also have the opportunity to shape design principles and coach colleagues as you prepare to take on a leadership role in the design team.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Design: Work on the design and user experience of the platform, from discovery to implementation and iteration
- Research-Driven Design: Conduct user research and analyze user needs to inform design decisions
- Product-Market-Fit: Collaborate with product owners, engineering team leads, and stakeholders to develop and implement product concepts
- UI-Expertise: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, and stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends and best practices
- UI-Leadership: Mentor product designers and contribute to the development of the design team
Requirements
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im digitalen UI/UX-Design
- Interesse daran, perspektivisch Führungsverantwortung für ein kleines Design-Team zu übernehmen
- Stärke im visuellen Design
- Vertrautheit mit der Entwicklung und Pflege von Designsystemen und Tools wie Figma und Miro
