Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for Asana products and features while collaborating with cross-functional partners. Champion product excellence and facilitate human-centered problem solving to deliver cohesive experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for Asana products and features
- Partner with cross-functional partners to identify customer problems, establish vision, set strategy, build and ship solutions
- Champion product excellence and elevate the quality bar for our experience
- Contribute to our design system
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of experience in product design
- A strong portfolio that showcases a track record of shipping high-quality interaction and interface design work
- Experience designing innovative products and shipping across mobile platforms, web and desktop
- Mobile focused experience is a must
