A design-driven company is seeking a full-stack IC Product Design Lead to join their design team and lead growth and activation. The ideal candidate will have 6-8+ years of experience as a Product Designer and demonstrated impact on product strategy and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand customers’ needs, business objectives, and state of the industry to imagine and bring to life paradigm-changing experiences
- Establish a high bar for visual polish and intuitive interaction patterns
- Clearly define customer and business problems and explore broad-to-narrow solutions with thoughtful designs
- Ideate, design, launch, and improve products to help advance the company’s mission
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Demonstrated impact on product strategy and customer experience
- Outstanding UX capabilities and strong visual design competency
- Experience with visual, UI/UX, copywriting, and systems design
- Passion for turning complex problems into simple and engaging solutions
