Senior UX Product Designer

Discover and define customer problems using data and research, then design thoughtful, measurable solutions. Lead or support early-stage user research and partner with researchers to conduct usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support early-stage user research—understanding user needs, behaviors, and pain points—and partner with researchers to conduct usability testing
• Map out end-to-end product experiences by creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Present design thinking and recommendations to cross-functional partners, stakeholders, and senior leaders
• Work closely with engineering and implementation teams to ensure designs are scalable, high-quality, and executed with intention
• Oversee UX design production in alignment with brand and design system standards

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience designing and launching successful user-centered products
• 3+ years of professional UX experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly self-directed—able to plan, structure, and deliver work with minimal oversight while maintaining high quality
