A global leader in information and analytics is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to conduct impactful research and analyze large datasets of unstructured written text.

Responsibilities

• Conduct impactful research and analyze large datasets of unstructured written text
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore problems from multiple perspectives
• Apply appropriate research methods to analyze unstructured text data
• Develop an evidence-based research strategy
• Model excellence in user-centered research processes
• Advocate for UX research best practices
• Efficiently iterate research within two-week sprint cycles
• Use data to define and track key metrics

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX research
• Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in at least one coding language commonly used for text data analysis
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and advocate for user-centered design
