Senior Product Designer

Semgrep is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their design team, working on designing product experiences that make security and software engineering workflows more intuitive.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute ambiguously scoped design initiatives within and across product teams
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product direction and roadmap decisions that are grounded in user needs
- Advocate for simple and thoughtfully designed workflows across Semgrep products
- Conduct hands-on user research and synthesize and share the knowledge you gain about users and their workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience working on digital products
- A strong understanding of software engineering or experience designing for a technical audience
- A track record for simplifying complex workflows and making abstract problems more concrete
- Enthusiasm for user research and a curiosity that motivates you to dig deep into user pain points and behaviors
