Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end redesign of their CRM systems. This role requires a strategic, systems-level thinker with deep expertise in Salesforce design language and a strong ability to work independently within cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall redesign of CRM systems, ensuring cohesive, scalable, and intuitive user experiences
- Leverage extensive knowledge of Salesforce design language and patterns to guide interface and workflow decisions
- Partner closely with eCRMs Product and Engineering teams to define project requirements and design solutions across the holistic Sales journey
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, user flows, and interaction models using Figma
- Effectively communicate design decisions, strategy, and rationale to partners and cross-functional leadership
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to design standards and best practices
Requirements
- Salesforce Certified User Experience (UX) Designer required
- Extensive experience designing within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Proven track record driving complex system redesigns from concept through delivery
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a lean environment while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams
