Senior Graphic Designer supporting internal meetings, events, tradeshows, experiential, with 8-10 years of experience, preferably in a highly structured / corporate / matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design consultations to conceptualize and execute impactful event design solutions aligned with business objectives
• Develop and co-develop persuasive and inclusive creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts
• Design clear, visually compelling pitches and presentations that capture attention
• Mentor creative project team members, fostering conceptual skills and providing constructive feedback
• Act as a project manager for assigned initiatives, overseeing timelines and estimates to align with internal client budgets

Requirements

• 8-10 years experience, preferably in a highly structured / corporate / matrixed environment
• Expert level Creative Cloud, InDesign, but also Power Point
• Already in your portfolio: trade show, experiential, OOH, and lots of print deliverables
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• A compelling digital portfolio showcasing outstanding conceptual thinking and sophisticated design skills

Key Skills

• Expert level Creative Cloud, InDesign, but also Power Point
• Strong expertise in designing for presentations, video/animation storyboards, social and paid campaigns, and marketing collateral
• Advanced proficiency with leading design software, presentation tools, and project workflow platforms
