Responsibilities
- Lead design execution for complex features and projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery across teams
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to align on scope, requirements, and trade-offs early
- Make design decisions based on data and insights — combining analytics, usability testing, and user feedback to validate and refine solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience leading product design at scale, ideally across multiple squads or product areas
- Hands-on mentality — able to translate complexity into clear, testable, and feasible solutions
- Data-informed decision-maker — experienced using analytics, usability testing, and user feedback to drive iteration
