You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to build a product that simplifies restaurant management. This includes working through customer problems, planning and shipping new features, and maintaining the design system.
Responsibilities
- Working through customer problems from the very beginning through launch and multiple iterations
- Planning and shipping new, high-impact features to make Nory smarter, more powerful, and ergonomic for our users
- Rapidly iterate on the product to meet the needs of new and soon-to-be customers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience doing end-to-end product design work
- Goal focus: care about business and customer impact and drive towards measurable outcomes
- High agency and start-up readiness: take ownership and make things happen
- Collaboration and communication: work effectively across functions and simplify complex ideas
