Lead the development of a next-generation Mental Health System (EAP platform) that empowers individuals and organizations. Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors while collaborating with various teams to align strategies with product launches.
Responsibilities
- Translate high-level product strategy into actionable requirements and measurable success metrics
- Lead design-led decision-making, ensuring usability and user empathy guide all stages of development
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to deeply understand user needs and behaviors
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a hybrid UX/UI + Product role
- Strong UX/UI design skills (Figma, Miro, Adobe, etc.) with a record of delivering user-friendly, design-led products
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
