Assist in producing high-quality, creative reports and presentations. Collaborate with creative teams to produce innovative designs and maintain digital design assets.
Responsibilities
- Assist in producing high quality, creative and attractive reports and presentations, using InDesign and PowerPoint.
- Support the development of high-quality diagrams/infographics and other visuals to communicate complex concepts.
- Collaborate with other creative teams and internal stakeholders to produce innovative, visually compelling designs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas for concepts and visual storytelling.
- Prepare and review artwork for print and digital publication.
- Assist in maintaining and organising digital design assets and templates.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other creative tools.
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus.
- Basic understanding of branding, design guidelines, colour theory, typography, and layout principles.
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail and visual balance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
