Product Manager

Avetta is seeking a Product Manager to serve as a champion for the customer, leveraging exceptional product instincts, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centric design thinking to deliver world-class solutions. The Product Manager will work on defining and refining product features, gathering and analyzing customer insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring all product decisions enhance user experience and solve real customer pain points
• Work closely with UX designers to research, prototype, and validate solutions before implementation
• Lead customer communications related to product enhancements and roadmap, partnering with marketing to drive awareness and adoption of new capabilities
• Conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and data analysis to gather feedback and validate product assumptions
• Support the Product Leadership in identifying market gaps and emerging trends
• Monitor customer usage data and support tickets to identify areas for continuous improvement

Requirements

• 4+ years of enterprise/commercial product management experience, particularly in SaaS and B2B software
• Experience in subscription-based business models
• Strong background in customer research, product discovery, and problem validation
• Proven ability in managing competing priorities, and driving execution
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment with backlog management tools like Jira and Confluence
