Junior - UX/UI Designer - NextHub Bari

Deloitte is seeking a Junior Product Designer to join their team in Bari, Italy. The ideal candidate will have experience in user interface design and be able to work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the customer experience, creating concepts and guidelines to translate into simple interfaces for the end user
• Design wireframes, user story, user journey, mockup, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
• Develop the design of the visual interface through moodboard, iconography, photography, and illustrations
• Work directly with customers and prospects to design end-to-end experiences using participatory and iterative design techniques, including observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and other forms of qualitative and quantitative research to discover insights, understand user behavior, and verify the designed product

Requirements

• Laurea Specialistica in ambito Design, con focus su temi di user interface design
• Portfolio that demonstrates experience in design of user interface
• 0-2 years of experience in Italian and/or international environment (plus if in consulting) working on design of interaction between people and digital products through different types of touch-points digital, physical, and vocal
• Practical experience in creating interfaces and prototypes through a user-centered approach
• Good knowledge of English
• Availability to travel
