Senior UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the evolution of our product experience, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end design initiatives, from discovery to delivery
• Designing and documenting flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries
• Conducting user research and usability testing to inform and validate decisions
• Collaborating closely with product and engineering to ensure high-quality implementation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in B2B or SaaS products
• Strong command of Figma and experience building and managing design systems
• A portfolio that shows a clear design process, thoughtful UX decisions, and clean UI
• Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and applying insights
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects from concept to completion
