Hybrid Full-time

OLIVER is looking for a Graphic Designer to craft distinctive B2B and B2C communications that strengthen the brand across online and offline channels, and create compelling visuals across different channels and content types.

Responsibilities

  • Create artwork for on/offline communications (brochures, leaflets, ads, emails, web banners, large format) and assist with logos, promotional materials, POS displays, and packaging while maintaining brand consistency across all channels
  • Demonstrate creative flair while working within brand guidelines, with strong understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and marketing principles
  • Maintain organised filing systems for completed work and internal processes, while identifying areas for improvement
  • Lead out-of-home (OOH) adaptations from concept to completion, including design modifications, scaling for large-format applications, and preparation of final print-ready files
  • Lead packaging and print initiatives, ensuring all materials - including packaging, VAPs, labels, and printed assets - are delivered with precision, high quality, and full alignment to brand standards

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Ability to create animated content for digital platforms
  • Experience designing for both print and digital, including POS materials, menus, social media assets, and venue branding
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with fluency in English
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in alcohol, beverage, or hospitality industry) with a portfolio showcasing diverse creative work across different media

  • Ability to create animated content for digital platforms
  • Excellent Adobe CS skills with great knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Innate and deep affinity with layout, typography and idea-generation
  • Developing engaging social media visuals and animated content that drive online interaction
  • Exceptional motion design skills with a proven ability to create engaging and visually compelling content
  • Deep passion for 2D motion graphics, capable of animating across diverse styles and techniques to deliver engaging visual narratives
