UX Designer, Provider - Remote

The UX Designer will provide design execution for the product portfolio supporting interactions with healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include determining information architecture, designing user flows, creating prototypes, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Providing design execution for the product portfolio that support business and interactions with Health Care Professionals (Providers)
- Determining the information architecture of a digital product
- Design user flows and wireframes, creating low-fidelity concepts to validate through feedback and testing
- Create interactive prototypes using refined visual mockups for leadership review and development readiness
- Partner with the research team in the design and fielding of research studies, then translate user needs and research findings into usable design improvements and/or new opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years of understanding and experience with Research, Information Architecture, Content Strategy, Interaction Design, Visual Design
- 2+ years of experience with prominent industry design tools (Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Axure)
- 1+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
- 1+ years of experience presenting to stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively
Key Skills
- Experience with Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Axure
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
- Usability testing and user research experience as a plus
