Product Designer - Design System

Onsite $3,400 - $4,800 Full-time Mid-senior
ESET is looking for a talented designer with passion for innovation to shape the future of ESET security products and services. The selected candidate will contribute to the design and evolution of the Design System, supporting consistency and usability.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and evolution of the Design System by refining components and tokens
- Create clear guidelines and usage examples that make adoption easier for designers and potential other stakeholders
- Support mapping of patterns and repetitive content across workflows to reduce friction and improve usability
- Promote the adoption of Design System best practices across the organization
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity across components and patterns
- Validate design decisions through usability testing and data insights
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital Product or UX/UI Design
- Education in UX, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Architecture, Product Design, or a related field
- A portfolio showcasing expertise in digital products and Design Systems
- Advanced Figma skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills
