We are looking for a Sr/Staff User Experience Researcher to plan and conduct quantitative and qualitative research informing product strategy and design decisions. The ideal candidate will have a mixed-method user/UX research background and significant hands-on experience conducting research projects.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to understand and influence business goals
- Identify impactful research opportunities and assess project scopes
- Run research studies from start to finish
- Advocate for the end-user by articulating research findings and data-driven product recommendations
Requirements
- Mixed-method user/UX research background
- Significant hands-on experience conducting research projects
- Experience with qualitative user research approaches and tools
- Experience with quantitative user research activities and tools
- Excellent communication skills
