Principal / Senior UX Designer

We are looking for a senior individual contributor responsible for designing complex workflows, delivering end-to-end solutions, and raising the craft quality of Landmark applications. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of UX/UI design experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise or technical product design.
Responsibilities
- Own UX design for major workflows or product areas, ensuring usability and clarity
- Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive design solutions
- Apply and extend the Landmark design system
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs
- Partner with product managers and engineers to align requirements and deliverables
- Validate designs with users through testing and iterate based on feedback
Requirements
- 7+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise or technical product design
- Mastery of interaction and visual design
- Working knowledge of research methods
- Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Comfort working with engineers in Agile environments
