You will take ownership of product UI/UX across web and mobile platforms, designing end-to-end experiences from research to high-fidelity designs. Collaborating with engineering and product teams, you will advocate for users and help develop design systems for consistency and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Take Ownership of Product UI/UX: Across web and mobile, and new user-facing features
- Design End-to-End Experiences: From research and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and developer handoff
- Advocate for the User: Ground work in user needs, leveraging qualitative feedback and data to inform decisions
- Bring on our Brand Designer: Collaborate with our brand designer to create a cohesive brand experience across products
- Develop our Design Systems: Help build and evolve design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and speed
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, product, and operations to deliver polished, impactful work
- Ship Thoughtfully: Balance speed and craft to get the right things in front of users at the right time
Requirements
- 4–7+ Years of Experience
- 3+ years in product design for consumer apps or platforms
- Strong portfolio that shows clean, thoughtful design paired with measurable outcomes
- Fluency in Figma
- Bonus for experience with motion design, prototyping tools, or no-code platforms
- Ability to work autonomously
- Mission-driven mindset, especially in a space as personal as healthcare
