Creative Designer / Graphic Designer - From Spark to Delivery

You will visualize and package Vectura’s diverse portfolio, ensuring design quality and coherence across all channels. This includes developing ideas from strategy to final design, creating visuals for campaigns, and managing brand assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop ideas from strategy to final design. Including concepts, moodboards, and art direction
• Create visuals for campaigns, destinations, and events
• Design and produce assets for print, web, social, and presentations (plus light motion)
• Evolve brand systems, templates, and tools that scale quality and consistency
• Manage our Brand Portal and organize visual assets for easy reuse
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring a coherent House-of-Brands expression
• Collaborate with and sometimes lead external agencies and creative partners
• Develop presentations for internal use, stakeholders and/or potential customers

Requirements

• 10+ years as a creative spirit, Designer/Graphic Designer, or similar
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent
• Strong craft and system thinking — from guidelines to production-ready files
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, and Figma; motion skills are a plus
• Confident communicator in both Swedish and English
• Collaborative, structured, and pragmatic — with a passion for design that delivers impact
• Can work from our destinations at regular intervals depending on needs
