Senior UX/UI Designer to craft bold, modern digital experiences for the SaaS world.
Responsibilities
- Design of high-impact SaaS websites and landing pages, that blend a bold, modern visual identity with measurable conversion goals — testing, iterating, and refining to maximize performance.
- Translate complex stories into simple, engaging digital experiences that communicate trust and innovation.
- Collaborate with fellow designers - across brand, growth, and product - as well as developers, marketers, translators and writers to bring visual consistency and brand coherence across all touchpoints.
- Champion pixel-perfect execution, micro-interactions, and motion as storytelling tools.
- Build and evolve scalable design systems that empower a consistent, high-quality design culture.
- Push the boundaries of what’s possible in modern web aesthetics — from layout systems to experimental components.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing for web, ideally in SaaS or tech-driven environments.
- A portfolio that shows refined visual design, strong understanding of brand systems, and a modern digital aesthetic.
- A data-informed approach to design — able to connect visual decisions to measurable outcomes such as conversion and engagement.
- Deep understanding of responsive, accessible web design and a solid grasp of front-end possibilities.
- Experience with design systems, Figma, prototyping, and collaboration with developers.
