Rockstar Games is seeking a full-time, in-office Associate UX Researcher to join a growing UX research team and help implement research activities on Rockstar’s games and core products.
Responsibilities
- Working with a team of UX researchers to plan and execute research activities
- Identifying product needs and transforming them into research goals
- Applying a mixed-method approach, using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods
- Designing research methods, balancing research rigor with practical context
- Generating actionable findings to support game development decisions
- Effectively and compellingly communicating research insights verbally and in writing
Requirements
- Bachelors in Psychology, Sociology, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Computer Science, Anthropology or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in UX research or a similar field
- Broad knowledge of video game genres and knowledge of Rockstar’s past and present titles
