You will design and ship high-quality, user-centered improvements for internal tools, collaborating closely with product owners and engineers. You will own your product area, defining the vision and leading the design from early concepts to polished UI.
Responsibilities
- Designing and shipping high-quality, user-centred improvements
- Embedding deeply in the squad and collaborating with product owners, engineers, and analysts
- Owning the product area and defining the vision, shaping the roadmap, and leading the design
- Building a strong understanding of users and contributing to research and design decisions
- Advocating for design at every level and supporting the growth of the practice and team
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in UX and UI design
- Solid portfolio showcasing UX and UI design across real products
- Ability to simplify complex problems into clear, human-centered solutions
- Strong visual craft and technical awareness
