As Scrunch’s first full-time designer, you will lead projects from concept to polish, crafting engaging, pixel-perfect UIs for the Scrunch Application. You will collaborate closely with Engineering to deliver production-ready designs efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Design High-Impact Interfaces: Craft engaging, pixel-perfect UIs for our dashboard and related features, mastering the unique challenges of data visualization in Figma.
- Drive Measurable Results: Combine creative execution with a focus on usability that actively moves users toward key actions and goals.
- Collaborate to Execute: Partner closely with Engineering, taking direction and concepts, and running with them to deliver production-ready designs efficiently.
- Build Scalable Foundations: Contribute to evolving our design system to ensure consistency and performance across the product.
- Manage Composure: Juggle multiple design cycles and deadlines with focus, flexibility, and composure in our fast-moving environment.
