Responsibilities
- Lead design end-to-end for Reducto, owning everything from defining a world-class brand to shipping beautiful experiences that users love
- Develop brand new products and user workflows
- Build and own our design system, brand, and how we present ourselves to the world
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience shipping complex products, ideally for engineers, researchers, or ops-heavy teams
- High bar for quality and ability to ship fast with high agency
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining structure where none exists
Key Skills
- Ability to obsess over small details and drive a culture that highly values design
- Experience with Figma and related prototyping tools
