UX Designer

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product design decisions. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis
- Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and detailed interaction designs
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and business priorities
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusion, and sustainability in all aspects of design
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UX, preferably in consumer-facing or mobile-first products
- Proficiency with Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful, user-centered design solutions and process
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
