Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end experience design of our products to create incredible experiences for our users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and design product UIs accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Own design for a full product area, shaping the experience end-to-end and tracking how it performs over time
- Work side by side with product managers and engineer partners to bring ideas from concept to launch
- Spot opportunities to make the experience better, set clear UX goals, and help balance them with business and engineering priorities
- Learn from users through interviews, shadowing, and research, and share those insights broadly across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphics, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of industry experience designing for Enterprise SaaS products
- Experience leading UX strategy and product discovery efforts at lean startups
- Skilled user of product design tools like Figma, solid experience with JIRA, and proficiency with user tracking and analytics tools like Mixpanel
Key Skills
- Curious, resilient, and eager to learn
- Effective verbal and written communication for internal and external audiences
- Ability to travel to client sites (up to 25% of travel in the first year)
- Previous healthcare technology experience, previous Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning product experience, previous revenue cycle experience (preferred)
