Senior Product Designer - Fleet Experience

Drive design initiatives in cross-functional teams and promote collaboration. Mentor junior designers and ensure the integration of design solutions throughout the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Driving design initiatives in cross-functional teams, promoting cross-functional collaboration and ensuring the seamless integration of design solutions throughout the product development lifecycle
• Taking a proactive role in identifying opportunities to enhance design capabilities and effectiveness, initiating improvements in design methodologies, tools, and workflows to optimize efficiency and deliver exceptional user experiences
• Conducting research, user testing, and analysis to gain deep insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points, guiding the development of user-centered design solutions

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant industry experience
• Relevant Bachelor’s Diploma/Degree or relevant industry experience, ideally with a specialization in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or any other related field
• Deep knowledge of product design, including common interaction patterns used and associated trade-offs, and best practices for responsive web applications

• Ability to lead all aspects of the user-centered design process from conception to completion
• Ability to develop high-level design strategy and vision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal relationship building skills
• Strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization
