Collaborate with the design team to create user-friendly interfaces and conduct user research to gather insights. Assist in developing wireframes and prototypes while supporting the creation of design documentation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team to create user-friendly interfaces that align with The Upskill Academy's commitment to accessibility and inclusivity
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, ensuring accountability in design decisions
- Assist in developing wireframes and prototypes that reflect the company's values of boldness and innovation
- Support the creation of design documentation and guidelines that promote a sense of belonging among diverse user groups
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and assist in the implementation of design solutions
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
