Product Designer - Barcelona

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on design strategy within specific product areas under the guidance of senior designers or product leads.
• Work with moderate autonomy in environments with some ambiguity, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Participate in cross-team initiatives, partnering with other squads to ensure consistent user experiences and supporting communication and coordination across teams.
• Apply quality standards to your design work, balancing creativity, usability, and accessibility.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of product design experience with demonstrated ownership of product areas or features.
• A portfolio showcasing strategic thinking applied to real projects with measurable product impact.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing design priorities at an area or functional level.
• Basic understanding of platform-level thinking and contributions to reusable design patterns.

Key Skills

• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma and collaborative documentation workflows.
