The Senior Graphic Designer will execute the company’s rebrand initiative and DTC hypergrowth strategies through compelling design. This role involves developing high-impact visual assets that enhance customer experience and strengthen brand recognition across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Design visually engaging, brand-consistent assets for seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and evergreen campaigns across all channels
- Translate scientific insights, product narratives and emerging trends into breakthrough, consumer-facing creative storytelling
- Concept, mock-up, and execute high-impact designs with strong omnichannel and digital sensibilities
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to craft culturally relevant, disruptive and brand-defining moments
- Manage day-to-day creative production with strong organization, ensuring deadlines, quality, and brand standards are met
Requirements
- 5+ years of brand design experience in a consumer wellness brand operating in hypergrowth with an omnichannel presence
- Proven experience designing 360 brand campaigns across social, digital, and events
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Microsoft suite, Figma, and Monday
