Senior Content Designer, AI Content Systems

Netflix is seeking a Senior Content Designer to help deliver a compelling ads experience and integrations with ads partners. This role will partner closely with product designers, product, engineering, business, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Help set and elevate the Content Design vision and strategy
• Create foundational features for AI enterprise tools
• Codify AI terminology, define agent-driven copy style and patterns
• Co-drive the information ecosystem needed to support these features

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience: UX writing, content design, technical writing, taxonomy, and information architecture
• Past experience in ads is also highly valuable for this role
• Demonstrated experience synthesizing business requirements and user needs into UI content for enterprise audiences
• Mastery of AP style and the confidence to know when to break the rules
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and traverse altitudes, from strategic visioning to tactical execution
