We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for a full-time, on-site position based in Tripoli, Lebanon to translate ideas into high-impact designs across digital and print media.
Responsibilities
- Develop visual concepts and campaigns for social media, websites, ads, packaging, and branding
- Lead creative direction and ensure consistency across all designs
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to execute visual strategies
- Stay updated on design trends and implement best practices
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Oversee junior designers and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare final artwork and ensure technical accuracy for all deliverables
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional design experience in an agency or in-house team
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative versatility and commercial design work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a strong plus
- Deep understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
