Lead design for communications surfaces like emails, reminders, notifications, and lifecycle messaging. Shape the end-to-end experience of communications on Acuity, balancing user needs, business outcomes, and technical feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for communications surfaces like emails, reminders, notifications, and lifecycle messaging
- Partner closely with product, engineering, research, and marketing to shape the team’s priorities and shape early concepts through to polished delivery
- Champion best-in-class design craft, from interaction models to visual polish
- Advocate for users and the business, telling a compelling design story that inspires alignment across disciplines and levels
- Explore new technologies like AI and automation, identifying ways they can enhance how users communicate with their clients
Requirements
- 5+ years in product design
- Strong skills in Figma, prototyping, and systems thinking
- Strength in end-to-end product design, from discovery and systems thinking to prototyping and visual execution
