Create usable and accessible user experiences for various products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer-centric design and validate solutions through user testing.
Responsibilities
- Creating best-in-class, usable, and accessible user experiences for products, services, and features
- Work across a variety of projects at any given time (2 to 3 small to medium pieces of work)
- Design experiences through task analysis, flows, information architecture, and screen interactions
- Conduct research and co-design with users to further define solutions and validate the preferred solution through user testing
Requirements
- Experience in UI/UX design
- Ability to create best-in-class, usable, and accessible user experiences
- Knowledge of task analysis, flows, information architecture, and screen interactions
- Ability to shape products in a way that is desirable for customers, while considering business needs and technology opportunities
