Associate Product Designer

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality visual designs using Gousto’s design system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design work with customer and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality visual designs using Gousto's design system
• Plan and run user research and testing to inform and validate design decisions
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Data teams to align design work with customer and business goals
• Present and communicate design solutions clearly in reviews and cross-functional sessions
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and testing insights

Requirements

• Passionate about both UX and UI, with a love for solving problems through thoughtful, beautiful design
• Confident applying design principles such as layout, hierarchy, and interaction patterns
• Able to explain your thinking clearly and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team
• Curious and eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated to grow your design craft
• Skilled in using modern design tools (e.g. Figma) to create high-quality, consistent work
