WireScreen is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join their New York team to drive WireScreen's design forward and define the design for their flagship product for years to come. The designer will lead design projects from discovery through delivery and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Research teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects from discovery through delivery: user research, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and design QA
- Collaborate daily with product managers and front-end engineers in New York
- Shape and extend WireScreen's design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across features
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to inform product decisions
- Turn complex data and workflows into intuitive, elegant experiences
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Experience with at least one early-stage startup where you were the sole designer
- Experience designing a complex system targeted at B2B/Prosumer/Expert users
- Excellent visual design skills
- Experience working with data from a design perspective
- High fluency in Figma
