Essential Responsibilities include providing strategic direction for the user experience and collaborating with product managers and other stakeholders to define and refine the product vision.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for the user experience, aligning design decisions with business goals
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define and refine the product vision
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Develop member journey maps to guide design decisions
- Define and implement information architecture and design systems for complex digital ecosystems
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design mockups to communicate and test design concepts
- Lead the development of interactive and dynamic interfaces that enhance user engagement
- Plan and oversee usability testing sessions, interpreting results to inform design improvements
Requirements
- 4 Year Bachelor's Degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 6 Years UX Design or related
- UX Certification
