The Senior UX Researcher will advocate for users by conducting various research studies and translating findings into actionable recommendations. They will also own the research roadmap and help grow UX research capabilities across the business.
Responsibilities
- Champion our users and advocate for their needs, turning insights into meaningful product decisions
- Plan and run a variety of research studies, including interviews, field studies, usability testing, surveys and more
- Recruit and engage participants, building rapport to uncover honest thoughts, emotions and behaviours
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience (ideally including SaaS) with a strong, demonstrable portfolio
- Builds and maintains outcomes-focused research operations and communities of practice
- Coaches and mentors colleagues in UX research craft
