The Senior UX Researcher will develop a deep understanding of the community's needs and behaviors, advocating for users and translating insights into meaningful product decisions. They will plan and run various research studies, engage participants, and present findings to influence product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Champion our users and advocate for their needs, turning insights into meaningful product decisions
- Plan and run a variety of research studies, including interviews, field studies, usability testing, surveys and more
- Recruit and engage participants, building rapport to uncover honest thoughts, emotions and behaviours
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience (ideally including SaaS) with a strong, demonstrable portfolio
- Builds and maintains outcomes-focused research operations and communities of practice
- Coaches and mentors colleagues in UX research craft
