Partner with business users to gather and understand reporting and visualization needs. Design user-centric, interactive, and visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business users to gather and understand reporting and visualization needs
- Design user-centric, interactive, and visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts
- Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across dashboards
- Collaborate with global development teams to implement designs and support the delivery of production-ready dashboards
- Continuously improve dashboard layouts and data visualizations based on user feedback
Requirements
- Degree from 4 year university in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Master Degree in STEM area of concentrate strongly preferred
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on Power BI dashboards and reporting
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
- Experience collaborating with business users and cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate complex data and requirements into clear, actionable visuals
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain is preferred but not required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- An energetic, entrepreneurial attitude
Key Skills
- Familiarity with other visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
- Knowledge of agile project methodologies
- Understanding of data modeling concepts within Power BI
