Senior UI Designer / Design System Specialist

Design and evolve a token-based, multi-brand Design System while creating interactive prototypes. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure the Design System is effectively adopted and maintained across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Designing and evolving a token-based, multi-brand Design System used across multiple platforms
- Creating interactive prototypes using Design System components
- Collaborating closely with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure technical feasibility, performance, and accessibility
- Defining, updating, and maintaining Design Tokens
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in design, including at least 2 years focused on creating and evolving Design Systems
- Understanding of accessibility principles and hands-on experience implementing digital accessibility
- Strong ability to think strategically about the Design System as a product
Key Skills
- Expert proficiency in leading design tools such as Figma, Token Studio
- Experience working with tools for technical documentation (e.g. Supernova, Storybook, Zeroheight)
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and micro-animations for interfaces (e.g. Lottie)
