Design and evolve a token-based, multi-brand Design System while collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams. Lead the adoption of the Design System across the organization and create clear documentation for its elements.
Responsibilities
- Designing and evolving a token-based, multi-brand Design System used across multiple platforms
- Creating interactive prototypes using Design System components
- Collaborating closely with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure technical feasibility, performance, and accessibility
- Defining, updating, and maintaining Design Tokens
- Supporting product teams in applying the Design System correctly and advising them on component and pattern usage to promote a high-quality design culture
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in design, including at least 2 years focused on creating and evolving Design Systems
- Understanding of accessibility principles and hands-on experience implementing digital accessibility
- Strong ability to think strategically about the Design System as a product
- Experience in managing design decisions and scaling a mature Design System
- Ability to drive evangelization and promotion of the Design System across the organization
