Onsite $115,000 - $150,000 Full-time Senior
Flipside is seeking a Lead UI Designer to create innovative and user-first digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience and a passion for digital innovation.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute visually stunning creative concepts and user-centric digital experiences
- Develop high-end concepts and visuals for pitch presentations that help win new business
- Have a strong creative vision with the ability to clearly articulate and justify conceptual choices
- Develop strong digital designs and prototypes for a wide range of project types
- Collaborate with your colleagues in user experience, content strategy, analytics, and development
- Present your work comfortably and confidently in internal and client presentations
Requirements
- 7–10 years of total experience, including 2+ years in an agency setting
- A beautiful portfolio that illustrates creative prowess, strategic thinking, and a mastery of visual design
- Deep experience in designing for digital across a range of media and touchpoints
- Extensive experience creating visually engaging brand design systems that live across multiple digital channels
- Mastery of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Apple Keynote
Key Skills
- Mastery of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Apple Keynote
- Knowledgeable about emerging media, trends, and philosophies in design, technology, AI, and XR
- Animation, illustration, photoshoot art direction, experience designing for AI and XR
