Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data-informed, CRO-optimized user experiences. Independently lead design projects across all stages, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical constraints.
Responsibilities
- Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data-informed, CRO-optimized user experiences
- Deliver complete, test-ready user experiences—from concept and ideation through high-fidelity prototypes and dev hand-off
- Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics, heatmaps, and user recordings
Requirements
- 8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environment
- Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate and revenue per session
- Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite
Key Skills
- Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO
- Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences
