Staff AI Product Designer, Agentic Offensive Security

HackerOne is seeking an experienced Staff Product Designer to join their growing team, with a focus on advancing their offensive security testing offerings and applying GenAI via LLM.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all parts of the design process, including problem definition, vision, approach, decisions, interaction design, user research, and usability testing
• Work hand in hand with the product manager and engineers to drive the product forward
• Present work and thinking behind it at weekly design critiques with the broader design team
• Champion the growing Design Language System by leveraging its existing patterns and advocating for new ones

Requirements

• 8+ years of UX and product design experience
• Proven ability to coach peers in AI-first design practices
• Experience in conducting user interviews, usability tests and summary of findings
• A strong understanding of UX and product interaction problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
