Staff Product Designer for Datadog's User Assistant Agent, designing intuitive and novel experiences for users across desktop, mobile, and communication tools.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and design to understand customer needs
- Act as an end-to-end product designer, sketching, prototyping, testing, and seeing products through to production
- Bring designs to life with intuitive interaction design
- Communicate design work and support for design decisions internally
- Create and maintain a Figma UI Toolkit for conversational experiences
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital product design
- Track record of owning projects end-to-end
- Top tier visual design skills and ability to craft robust yet delightful interactions and workflows
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Experience operating in a dynamic, startup-like environment
Key Skills
- UX/UI design
- Interaction design
- Prototyping skills in tools such as Figma, Framer, Protopie
- Research methodologies and design best practices
